NSPCC assemblies for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
On Tuesday 1st October Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children attended separate age-appropriate assemblies run by the NSPCC. The theme of these assemblies was how to keep themselves safe and happy while at school and in their private lives too. The children were made aware of adults, within the school community and those outside of school, that they could talk to should they have any worries. They were also made aware of the help that can be provided by Childline. Parents and carers were given a copy of the NSPCC / O2 pamphlet “Your child’s online world – a guide for parents”.
